     In Lebectomy Surgery, there are 2 lobes present in the Thyroid gland that works in a highly regulated fashion and sometimes affect half of the thyroid gland. Most cases of thyroid cancer can be cured.






 2. Total Thyroidectomy Surgery      

    



      In Total Thyroidectomy Surgery, the whole thyroid gland is removed and done with the utmost care. Surgery is suitable when cancer colonizes the whole thyroid gland.









3. Subtotal Thyroidectomy Surgery 






    In Subtotal Thyroidectomy Surgery, the thyroid gland would be removed and preserve a small part of thyroid tissue for thyroid functioning.  The remaining can easily perform thyroid functioning.





Causes...


When cells in our thyroid undergo genetic changes, then thyroid cancer occurs. Such changes allow the cells to grow and multiply rapidly and lose their ability to die. The abnormal cells of thyroid form a tumor and invade nearby tissue and can spread throughout the body.


Symptoms



  • Difficulty Breathing. 
  • Enlargement of the neck.
